Join Washington County Watershed Alliance at Mingo Park Shelter 2 to learn about the many watersheds, and the groups that represent these watersheds in Washington County. Participate in a “point and non-point” pollution simulation activity. Discover chemical and macroinvertebrate sampling techniques used to monitor stream health. The presentation is geared towards teenagers and adults interested in the outdoors. Those wishing to actively participate in the monitoring activities should be prepared to get wet.
